1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During sale periods, festive seasons, or high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 Business Days

  • Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days

Actual delivery time may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before payment.

  • Free shipping offers, if available, will be mentioned on the product page or during checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A Shipping Confirmation Email or SMS/WhatsApp

  • Tracking Number (AWB)

  • Courier Partner Details

You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. If the package remains undelivered due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the parcel, the order may be returned to us.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Shooply is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears damaged or tampered with:

  • Do not accept the package if possible.

  • Take clear photos of the package.

  • Contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery.

8. Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Weather conditions

  • Government restrictions

  • Courier service disruptions

  • High seasonal demand

9. International Shipping

Currently, Shooply ships within India only, unless otherwise mentioned on specific products.
